A three-location restaurant group on 7shifts Pro pays about $300 a month. On WizScheduler it pays $18, plus whatever AI credits it chooses to buy.
Where 7shifts is stronger
- POS integrations. Toast, Square, Clover and others feed sales into labor forecasts. WizScheduler has no POS integration.
- Time clock and tip pooling. 7shifts includes punch-in, tip pooling and payroll on its paid plans. WizScheduler has QR check-in on the paid plan and no tip or payroll features today; payroll export is on the roadmap.
- Task management and manager logbook. Not in WizScheduler.
If those are the reasons you pay for 7shifts, keep paying for it.
